Designed for early-career professionals, this program strengthens our community by providing meaningful opportunities for skill development and growth. If you work, play, or live in Blount County and are looking to progress as a professional, the Rising Leaders program is for you.
Focused on skill attainment and increased civic engagement, Rising Leaders is a six-month, in-person, half-day program that concentrates on communication improvement, relationship building, conflict resolution, and more. Beneficial to both employers and participating employees, we aim to develop individuals who don’t just clock in, but thrive within their organizations.
Twenty participants are selected through an application review conducted by a board-appointed selection committee. Tuition is $350 and covers course materials, venue costs, speakers, and meals. A certificate of completion and a celebration will be provided at the end of the program.
